RYLA is a fabulous Rotary Program for young leaders in training. The event is sponsored by clubs in District 7080 who pay the registration fee for people 18-30 to attend this inspiring event. This 5 day program is chalk full of speakers and activities designed to build and enhance leader ship skills.
